  • Performed the requirements analysis for maintenance and new functionalities of the E-Government’s technological solutions in charge.
  • Identified, defined, coordinated, monitored and controlled activities and tasks related to improvements or new functionalities in the E-Government’s technological solutions to assign to the team in charge.
  • Trained civil servants and the Online Government Program’s team in using and posting information in the E-Government’s technological solutions in charge. 
  • Attended the COLNODO’s meeting with The Ministry of Communication to gather and refine specifications and requirements technical to develop or redesign in the E-Government’s technological solutions based on the current On-line Government Program Guidelines. 
  • Performed quality assurance in all specifications and requirements technical developed by the team in charge. 
  • Coordinated the online Government program’s help desk to resolve technical support requirements of the municipalities’ entities benefited.  
  • Prepared activity reports on tasks performed in the help desk and performed statistical reports of use in the technical solutions in charge.  
  • Designed and coded new E-Government’s technological solutions for the Online Government Program of the Ministry of Communication. 
  • Performed web accessibility validations in the E-Government’s technological solutions based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 1.0 and WCAG 2.0.
